The easiest way to find us is to put Snowdonia Mountain Hostel into google maps - it will bring you to the house - the postcode will take you to a farm nearby! For keen map readers the grid reference is SH 63053 63468. Just 3 words: ///recall.likewise.unloading. We have parking for 10 cars.

About 2 km from Bethesda turn right here and down the road above
From the south past Llyn Ogwen turn left towards the YHA and follow the road down the valley for about 3 km - it's spectacular. Take care.
We are on the Lon Las Ogwen bike trail that comes out from Port Penryhn (10 minutes ride from Bangor Station)
 Off road except for a very short stretch it's a lovely peaceful ride. Oh...it's uphill all the way. Around 45 minutes 
Bangor is the nearest train station with a 10 minute walk to the bus stop.

There are regular buses from the central bus station to Bethesda and we are a 45 minute walk from there or a 5 minute drive.

The T10 bus from Bangor Train Station will drop you at the top of our lane if you ask the driver. Timetable here
